Our Stories
Honoured to have our Chief Information Technology Officer, Tan Shui-Min, speak at @timeshighered Digital Universities Asia 2024! 🌟

Shui-Min was part of a transformative workshop on “Adopting Immersive Technologies to Improve Learning Outcomes,”. Facilitated by Laura Duckett from Times Higher Education, Shui-Min was amongst esteemed experts Dr. Sasa Arsovski, Dean of AI and Robotics at Raffles University and Professor Eugene Ch'ng, Dean of the School of Culture and Creativity at BNU-HKBU UIC. The discussions involved the 3 panel members moving from table to table to share and exchange with a different set of delegates in time intervals. Refreshing insights from different institutions were gleaned and heard at each switch, making the learning experience deeper and wider.

This session highlighted @nus_singapore' unwavering commitment to revolutionising education through innovative technologies and we empower educators to bring their visionary pedagogies to life in extended reality (XR)!

In our work, we also foster deep collaborations with institutions like Le Cnam in France, sharing insights and advancing our XR practices together. As a proud member of the World Economic Forum's Metaverse Global Collaboration Village, we gain new perspectives on XR applications across diverse industries.

At NUS IT, we're dedicated to building a Borderless University powered by Infinite Technology. Together, we’re crafting a future where the possibilities for exploration and understanding are limitless. 🚀
