Our Head of Enterprise Services, Irving Kwok, shared how AI‑Know drives AI-powered innovations at NUS and unveiled our roadmap for deeper integrations and multimodal capabilities.
SNU introduced SNU AI Chat, highlighting its features and governance approach.

🌟 Celebrating 30+ years with Yuet Mei 🌟
Today, we honour Leong Yuet Mei, whose remarkable career journey began in 1992, when NUS IT was still known as the Computer Centre. Over three decades, she witnessed our evolution, from mainframes to modern systems, and experienced the moment NUS became the birthplace of Singapore`s Internet. She supported critical administrative systems across the campus and built close-knit friendships.
As she retires, she leaves us with two heartfelt reflections: "I hope NUS IT continues to grow, be at the forefront of technology for the whole campus and of course help the campus in every single area", and "It has been a very fulfilling journey here. My career started from a young working life till now, so I am glad it was here."
Thank you, Yuet Mei, for your dedication, your kindness and the legacy you leave behind. Wishing you a joyful and meaningful retirement. 💙

NUS IT’s Network team has clinched the IDC Future Enterprise Awards - Best in Sustainability Award for both the National and the Regional categories for our NUS Green Data Centre Network Upgrade!
By placing sustainability at the heart of digital modernisation, the upgrade cut power use by 45.2% without compromising on performance. It also fosters a learning culture, bringing interns, researchers and engineers together to study live network data and uncover new ways to optimise energy.
A greener, smarter and more energy-efficient future starts here at NUS IT. Congratulations to the team for bringing NUS honour, and thank you IDC for the recognition!
