2. What are the supported languages
For the User Portal and desktop applications, these languages are supported:

- Japanese

- Spanish(Latin America)
Additional languages for Android and IOS apps:

3. What are the supported operating systems?
Windows – 64Bit only:
- 10
- 8.1(patch KB2999226)
- 7 (patch KB2999226 & KB3033929)
Mac OSX:
- 10.13 (High Sierra)
- 10.12 (Sierra)
- 10.11 (El Capitan)
- 10.10 (Yosemite)
4. If my Windows is 32 bit OS am I able to install the client?
Yes, the installer will need to be requested from the nBox Administrators.
5. What are the operating system supported for mobile client?
iOS 9 and later.
Android 4.2 and later.
6. Can I upload all types of files on nBox?
At this point, OST and PST are blocked.
7. Can I backup other folders besides those under nBox folders?
This feature is disabled in nBox.
8. For file recovery what options do I have?
There are file version recovery and files and folders restore.
9. How far back can I restore a file version?
The current setting is 15 versions.
10. How far back can I recover files and folder?
For extended recovery, you can recover up to past 30 days, 1 week or 1 month versions.
11. Who can invite others to a shared or team folders?
Owner and managers can invite others to a shared folder.
12. How many files can users upload to nBox?
20,000 files per folder and 200,000 files per user account.
13. How many share folders and team folders can each user create?
30 shared folders or team folders are allowed per user.
14. How many users can a shared folder of team folders be shared with?
Unlimited.
15. Who can be members of a Shared folders ?
Only NUS staff can be members.
16. How do I login?
Log in with your NUS-ID and password. 2FA is required as well.
17. How many devices can I register with nBox?
6 devices per user. The nBox User Portal is considered one device.
18. What is the storage size for a Team folder?
20GB per Team folder. You can request to the nBox admin if more is required.
19. What is the maximum up-loadable single file size?
Maximum single file size is 40GB.
20. What is the maximum duration for a shared link? And can it be extended or renewed?
Maximum duration is 30 days and you can extend or renew it via the nBox User Portal.
21. How long will deleted files and folders be kept in the system?
30 days from the date of deletion.
22. Will my device get deregistered?
Yes if it is inactive for more than 150 days.
