IDD PIN (for Mac)

Once you have been migrated to Skype for Business, you will need to reset you IDD PIN as the old PIN will not work.

1. Reset your IDD PIN

  1. Go to https://iptel.nus.edu.sg/epass/login.aspx.
  2. Sign in with your Windows login ID and password.

  1. Click on REQUEST NEW PIN to receive new IDD pin on email.
