Skype for Business (SFB) comes with Office software package installed in staff’s computer.  When a new staff joins NUS staff, his/her NUS-ID shall be enabled with SFB service, meaning the staff can now use SFB service like presence and instant messaging, meeting and sharing, and communication with public Skype etc. But for IP Telephony service with DID number, staff shall approach Department phone administrator.

Each department has a Phone Administrator who handles telephony service administrations like applying for a DID line, request for a new phone set (hard phone or headset), reassignment of a DID line to another staff, termination of DID line, or activation of voice mail, etc. The list of phone administrators can be found here:
