Who can use it?

Software for Staff are available to Staff only.

All University software are licensed under Academic for teaching, research and administration purposes. Staff who requires these software for research that leads to commercial products may contact external vendors to purchase commercial licenses. Anyone found using Academic license for commercial purpose may result to disciplinary actions.

All software are free except for Specialised Software where cost is borne by the requesting user’s department.

How do I get it?

For NUS owned asset, staff can download available software from Software Center.

For Mac and personal devices, staff can download the software from Staff Portal.

For Specialised Software, staff is required to submit a request here to be granted access to it. Detailed instructions are available on Staff Portal.

Note: Software Center and Staff Portal are only accessible on NUS Network (on Campus or via VPN).
