Change or Reset your NUS-ID Password

Your NUS-ID password is the one password you use for accessing NUS e-resources, such as your NUSmail, Staff Portal, Student Portal, Education Records System (EduRec), Canvas etc. If you have forgotten your password or want to change your password for security reasons, please follow the steps below.
Forgot Password
If you don’t know your NUS-ID password, follow these steps to set a new one.

  1. Go to the NUS-ID Password Reset via Mobile page.
  2. Enter your NUS-ID, NRIC/FIN (Last 5 Characters) and Mobile Number, and follow the instructions on the screen.

For Alumni, go to the Alumni Lifelong Portal to reset your password (note that this service only works on desktop/laptop browsers)

Change Password
You can change your NUS-ID password at any time.

  1. Sign in to Change NUS-ID Password.
  2. Enter your NUS-ID.
  3. Enter your old and new password information, and then select OK.
