Change or Reset your NUS-ID Password

Your NUS-ID password is the one password you use for accessing NUS e-resources, such as your NUSmail, Staff Portal, Student Portal, Education Records System (EduRec), Canvas etc. If you have forgotten your password or want to change your password for security reasons, please follow the steps below.
Forgot Password
If you don’t know your NUS-ID password, please go to https://pass.nus.edu.sg/password-reset to reset your password.
Change Password
You can change your NUS-ID password at any time.

  1. Sign in to https://pass.nus.edu.sg/password-change.
  2. Enter your NUS-ID.
  3. Enter your old and new password information, and then select OK.
