Completed the largest IP telephony implementation in higher education with deployment of 5,500 IP phones for the faculty and staff. A string of value-added applications were introduced over the new communication platform, which included menu-driven directory services, tele-conferencing, dial-a-cab, world news, traffic alerts, weather report and flight information.
