Data Centre Provisioning
The SRM forms that can be obtained here are required for the installation/configuration of racks and servers in the Data Centre. Please ensure that all forms are duly completed before submitting them to the NUSRT System which will be assessed by the DC Team thereafter.

Maximum Floor Loading
Please ensure that the total equipment weight (inclusive of equipment and rack) does not exceed maximum allowable weight for DC floor loading as stated below, before submission of SRM to DC Team.
If the DC floor loading exceeds, requestor shall consult licensed structure engineer for advise and certification (if required) on how to spread the equipment load within the Data Centre floor area.

Maximum Rack Power and Cooling
Please ensure that the total equipment power and cooling does not exceed maximum allowable setting for DC as stated below, before submission of SRM to the DC Team.
