Software Report
Software Report is a software inventory report that shows the complete list of software installed on NUS-owned computers.
Two types of reports are made available to help users and departments:
• to comply with NUS Software Management Policy,
• to respect all computer software copyrights, and
• to adhere to all terms of software licensed by NUS.
Types of report:
1) Individual Report shows software installed on all computers assigned to a staff by the University.
2) Department Report shows software installed on all computers tagged to the users in a department.
Who can use it?
Individual Report is available to staff only.
Department Report is available to Head of Department (HOD) and designated staff. The designated staff refers to the previously nominated staff in Altiris system. If your department requires additional access, please obtain HOD’s approval and email to Software Administrator.
How do I get it?
To view your Individual Software Report, click here to access the system and look for “Report” on the top menu.
To have access to Department Report, obtain your HOD’s approval and email to Software Administrator.
Note that the system is only accessible on NUS Network (on Campus or via VPN).
