Established the first CIO forum where all the institutes of higher learning (IHLs) in Singapore have entered into a MoU agreement for an official forum for further collaboration on IT development and management for higher education. The idea was first mooted in NUS enabling a common platform for benchmarking, sharing of best practices and demand aggregation for better economy of scale.
