SharePoint Online is a cloud-based service, a part of Office 365 suite, that provides an extensive range of collaborative and creative capabilities enabling organizations to share, manage, and access information, contents, and applications from almost any device.

Microsoft Planner

Microsoft Planner is a planning application available on the Microsoft Office 365 platform. Planner helps teams organize their work, with the ability to create new plans, organize and assign tasks, set due dates and update status. Planner’s visual dashboards and email notifications help keep everyone informed on the overall progress of their initiative.

Microsoft Forms

With Microsoft Forms, you can create quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more quickly and easily. You can invite others to complete forms via a link and Forms are embeddable in Sway and 3rd party portals. You can also view results in real-time via built-in analytics and data can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis and grading.

Microsoft 365 Apps

Microsoft 365 Apps is the subscription-based version of Microsoft Office suite. It includes the always-up-to-date Office apps, consisting of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Access, and Skype for Business.

Email-spoofing refers to the act of sending email using a fake identity. This is a problem faced not only by NUS, but the world over. The weakness lies not in any particular email software but the industry protocol that enables email delivery.
