The purpose of this Standard is to establish standards for the base configuration of Microsoft SQL Server 2016 database server equipment that is owned and /or operated by NUS IT. It is aplicable to current and new systems running Microsoft SQL 2016.

Effective implementation of this standard will minimize unauthorized access to National University of Singapore proprietary information and technology.
