Critical software vulnerabilities requiring updates on Apple devices (September 2022)

What has happened?

Apple has announced a new software vulnerability across the iOS, iPadOS and MacOS platforms, including Safari web browsers. Attackers can potentially exploit these vulnerabilities to compromise devices running on these platforms or browser. This can lead to further data loss or leakage.

What do I need to do?

Apple has released patches for these vulnerabilities via an operating system update for each platform.
