Changes to user’s Zoom Phone settings can be made through the Zoom web portal. To access the portal, following the steps below:

1. Sign-in to NUS Zoom portal at https://nus-sg.zoom.us
2. On the left panel, click Phone
3. (For first-time login to the web portal) Provide a 6-digit PIN code and click Setup. [By default, a 4-digit PIN has been provided and you may append two additional digits to make it 6-digit.]

4. Click on Settings tab on top

5. Under the Settings page, scroll down and you can find various phone settings including:

• • Call handling (Device ringing, Business Hours, Voicemail, etc)
  • Call delegations
  • PIN Code (for hardphone )
