The UAS2 Administrator Portal is a unified portal that manages admission, scholarship and financial aid applications by the Office of Admissions (OAM) and its partners. The portal was developed in-house using Angular and Java and is currently integrated with NUS’ Education Records System (EduRec) and Cloud Human Resource System (CHRS). It will also be integrated with Data Warehouse for student analytics.

(1) Modernisation, consolidation, integration and standardisation of Admissions, Financial Aid, and Scholarships business processes as well as functionalities across campus

(2) Alignment with the Academic Organisation Excellence objectives of simplifying processes to facilitate agility, usability and better change management

  • Shortened turnaround time from application to offers
  • Improved tools and system functions to reduce manual efforts and human intervention in application data
  • Shared platform for efficient reporting and analysis
