Yes, the conditions are as followed:
a. Confirm with NUS IT that there is no existing or upcoming application / cloud service having the same or similar functionalities.
b. University data have been classified by Data Steward, please refer to your department’s Data Manager Lead.
c. Obtain support from the relevant Data Steward of other University units for their data to be hosted in cloud.
In accordance with the NUS Data Management Policy, it is the respponsibility of the Data Steward (HoD) of a department. Data Managers may be appointed by Data Stewards to assist them with operational matters pertaining to data. For details on roles of Data Steward and Data Manager, you may refer to the Data Management Policy (DMP) in the NUS Policies and Guidelines.
