Zoom Phone will be rollout to all staff in 2 phases and the highlights of these are:

Phase 1 (May’23)

  • You will get Zoom Phone and your new Zoom extension number for internal calls
  • Find your contacts in Zoom Directory
  • Chat, call or e-meet with your colleagues

Phase 2 (Rollout by department from July to Sep ’23)

  • For those who had been able to place external calls, you can now make them with the new Zoom Phone, and you’ll gets to keep your current DID numbers.
  • After you are migrated, your access to Skype will be terminated.

During the migration planning phase, the project team will engage your department Phone Admin to share the migration details and confirm the migration dates.
